Nice work! If I was moving I would like to move into your house! I would have to say that it was worth your hard work. I was reading Mike Holmes book the other day (guy on HGTV, just put out a book on home renos) He claims that a renoed house gets about 75% back when sold. Kitchens are the most looked at when bought too!
